Ancillary Items

Air Receiver
Vertical air receiver complete with pressure gauge, relief valve and drain trap.
Receiver is internally coated to prevent rusting.

Air Dryer
Refrigerant air dryer having a pressure dew point of 38 F (3 C) complete with water cooled condenser, instrumentation and alarms.

Control Panel
PLC control and protection panel having an easy to read display of the system functions. This includes the load/unload of the compressor as well as alarm and shutdown functions.

Variable Speed Drive
Suitable where fluctuating loads occur due to frequent changes in containers size or repeated changes in number of blowing lines in operation. Return on investment will be seen in annual electrical cost savings.

Cooling Water Systems
Closed circuit evaporative cooling towers or cooling water radiator systems can be supplied depending on site conditions.
